Claims and Complaints
Effective from: 1.7.2026
We want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible. If, however, the product you bought does not meet expectations or a defect appears, you will find below instructions on how to return the goods and make a claim.
1. Withdrawal from purchase
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the goods you bought online within 14 calendar days from the day you received the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an e-mail to:

Please indicate in the letter:
- order number;
- the name of the product to be returned;
- reason for return (optional – this will help us improve our service).
A declaration of intention to return may also be made by means of a free text declaration.
2. Returning goods
After the declaration of withdrawal, please return the goods within 14 days.
The goods to be returned must be:
- complete;
- if possible, in the original packaging;
- used only to the extent necessary to verify its characteristics and functioning.
If the product has been used more than normal consultation would require, the seller may be entitled to reduce the amount to be refunded in proportion to the diminished value of the goods.
3. Costs of return
Unless otherwise agreed or provided by law, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Purchaser.
If the reason for the return is a wrong or defective product, the cost of the return shall be borne by the Seller.
4. Getting a refund
The Seller shall reimburse the amount paid for the Purchase as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.
The Seller shall be entitled to wait until:
- the goods have been recovered; or
- the Purchaser provides proof of return of the goods.
The refund will normally be made using the same means of payment as the one used to pay for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5. When does the right of withdrawal not apply?
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by law, such as:
- products made or adapted to the buyer’s wishes;
- perishable products;
- sealed products which cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons;
- in other cases provided for in the Law of Obligations Act.
6. Making a complaint
If the product you bought is defective, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
To submit your complaint, please send an e-mail to:

Add if possible:
- order number;
- a description of the deficiency;
- photographs or a video deficiency;
- contact details.
This will help us resolve the situation more quickly.
7. Settlement of a complaint
After receipt of the claim:
- we acknowledge receipt thereof;
- we will review the situation;
- we will contact you to find a suitable solution.
Depending on the situation, we can:
- repair the product;
- replace it with a new one;
- reduce the purchase price;
- refund the purchase price if the defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.
All claims are settled in accordance with Estonian and European Union consumer protection legislation.
8. Damaged consignment
If, on receipt of the package, you notice that it has been significantly damaged, we recommend that:
- take photographs of the damage;
- if possible, mention the damage in the records of the courier or parcel box service provider;
- contact us at your earliest convenience.
